“Although the location is a bit far from the center of Milan, there’s a bus that takes you into town in about 15 minutes. I stayed in the new section of the hotel and the room was very quiet and immuculate. The bed was large and comfortable and the tile work in the bathroom shower was enviable! ”

“The staffs were nice. The room was very small and not so good smelling. Shower space was tiny and not clean. The internet was terrible, even the TV lost the connection. Generally, the equipments were old and you do not expect them to function properly. Location is the only advantage. ”

“The service is excellent!! the receptionists are very helpful!! However the location is very difficult to go. I arrived milan by bus, but I didn't know how to reach the hotel by bus, at the end I had to walk to the hotel with my heavy suitcase for 30 mins. the hotel can be reached by bus 69 and tram 14, but thats it. It is quite far from the centre as well which take at least 25 mins by tram. Tram comes every 10 mins.”

“Though this hotel is not located in the town center area, it takes only 10 minutes to both the metro and tram stations and it is very close to the nightclub area. The amenities provided by this hotel is sufficient (TV set, cleaning necessities, mirror, hair dryer and a telephone) and my room is quite nicely renovated with a big suite bathroom with a king-size bed. “We stayed for a week and were never disappointed with anything. The staff were friendly and helpful in accommodating our language challenges and lack of familiarity with the city. Breakfasts were top notch! Service was of five star quality. Close to a grocery store, several restaurants and the METRO. We always felt comfortable in both the hotel and the neighborhood. ”

“It's fine. Cheap place to stay. The noise is the biggest issue. There were dogs barking in reception one morning and no attempt from anyone to quiet them down. On the last night there was someone in a room practicing opera from 10pm til gone midnight. Think they need to remind guests and staff this is a hotel and people are trying to sleep. But as I say it's clean, cheap and staff were friendly.”
