“Despite the renovation going on, we rialto lived our stay. Octavia, front desk staff member, made our day. After our 12 hour drive cross country, she was a joy to meet. She is a natural and laughter was shared easily as we checked in. The renovations are ongoing as the Hilton steps in to the Hampton, but ask services continue and our room was excellent in every way. We would definitely return to this hotel. ”

“The staff was fantastic, from the cleaning staff to the women that maintained the breakfast area. I sat in the breakfast area on a Saturday morning for about 2 hours working on my laptop. The woman was quick-and responsive! As food was running low she was quickly replacing and cleaning! Kids made a mess and she just got in and cleaned up all while reassuring what looked like overwhelmed parents that it was okay. She alone made up for my only complaint.
