“For the most part, our state was very comfortable. Everything was easy access communication with the owner was great. The only thing that needs to improve is the fixing of the dryer. It took me over eight hours to dry one load of laundry and it was a small load and the AC at one point did stop working however the owner did come fix it the next day. The owner is a very nice person. I would recommend this Home for a rental.”

“Stayed with 2 families- one with small children 3 and 6 months The home was clean and well maintained- only complaint- the pool needs more rugs because concrete is VERY slippery with wet feet. And corners on bar and pool tables are eye level (we put pool noodles around bar and bar stools at corner of pool table)We would definitely stay here again if back in Phoenix ! ”

“We loved our stay at Country Meadows! The house was very clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. We stayed with our teen daughter and had a great time playing a few rounds of pool each night, followed by a relaxing soak in the hot tub. It was in a great location, with easy access to the highway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to rent this house again if we return to the Phoenix area!”
