“After a horrible experience with my last booking I almost wanted to cancel this reservation and never use Expedia again as I received no reimbursement or assistance despite providing pictures of the poor condition. However, this hotel exceeded my expectations and more. So grateful to have found this place, it's so convenient, tidy/clean and easy to check into, with clear instructions. All toiletries were provided and they communicated everything in advance. The space was perfect, wish I could……

“1.離觀光景點很近，附近交通也很方便（離地鐵步行10幾分鐘的樣子，但我都搭公車；可能是六日到算在商業區，感覺吃的比較少。It’s near to the White House , there are also many bus stop。 2. 床單有些污漬@@ 但睡起來沒有不舒服⋯There are some spots on the sheets, i’m not sure it’s clean enough, although I sleep well 3. 房間有我不喜歡的味道 I don’t like the fragrance in the room 4. Check in當天櫃檯說大廳冷氣壞了，房間冷氣要運轉久一點才會開始，但我用會跳掉，所以只能用送風，幸好還夠涼 The air conditioner in the room can’t work, luckily the fan is still work”

“I drove my personal vehicle to the hotel. The manager on duty was very helpful. He advised me to park at a meter which was visible from the front desk, where they could see it, and hotel security could keep an eye on it. I paid for the first 2 hours. then the meter was free from 10pm until 9am. Very hel”
