“Great place to stay. Affordable price in an area that tends to be very expensive. Short drive to everything 30A has to offer, while being far enough away to be away from the maddening crowds. It is definitely only made for a single person or a couple. The AC works great, shower has very hot water. WiFi worked great once we got it set up, but we did have to reach out to them for that. They responded very quickly. We have ATT cell service and we had NO service without that WiFi, so you will want……

“We found this condo on the spur of the moment trip to Santa Rosa Beach. Beautiful place with a well equipped kitchen. TVs in every room. The 3rd floor balcony was very relaxing with the swivel chairs and TV. Very close to everything. Enjoyed the golf cart. It would have been nice to know that they had 6 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas.”

“We enjoyed a nice family getaway. It was quiet, a short walk to the beach, and little places you could walk to if you wanted to get something to eat, drink, or even get ice cream. The hot tub was nice and the additional other side of the house was it's on little apartment with a separate entrance. There were bikes but you have to rent them. There is a foosball and pool table. We enjoyed our stay and do recommend. ”

“This was a perfect house for friends and/or family and the neighborhood was so clean and quiet and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! Would definitely recommend!”

“This is our third year staying at a house along 30A in the Santa Rosa Beach area. Eric’s house was by far the best one we’ve stayed in so far. We had a few small hiccups in the beginning, but Eric was super quick to respond and very gracious with trying to make sure things were easy for us. Our group had 4 kiddos under the age of 8, and the house has a lot of nice touches for kids like kids plates / cups, bunk beds, a bunch of pool and beach toys, and a brand new pool. The pool was awesome……
