“Even though the motel is older, it was clean, the water pressure was good, the ac worked well. It had a microwave and small fridge which was perfect. The owners were very nice! We were there just over night because family members were at the RV park and we visited them. The RV park was just up the road, so this motel was convenient. “Wonderful week at the beach on 30a! The house was perfect for our family of 10. Close to the beach access, we rented a golf cart for convenience. The kitchen was well equipped, more than what was expected was there. (Could use a blender and a vegetable peeler). Plenty of beds/baths/space for 3 couples and 4 kids! The neighborhood is not crowded and is quiet. We will be back!!”

“Beautiful property....just as described except its more of a 4 bedroom with a "media" room. It describes the bed, in the "media" room, as a twin bed, but its more like a futon/couch that does not have a regular "twin" matress shape. So the twin sheets don't fit properly. I would say it is not suitable for an adult, which is who stayed in the room.....and there is also not a closet in that room. When I booked there was no picture of the "media" room.The house is spacious and beautifully decorated……
