“The front staff was on a personal call and NEVER spoke a word to me the whole time I was checking in. The rooms were clean but no coffee pot. The bed was comfortable and it worked fine for 1 night. ”

“Room was great. Customer service sucked. The front desk attendant was not accommodating for my handicap needs. I needed a shower chair for the shower and there was none to use. No tv remote in the room. Phone wasnt plugged in. No coffee maker and nothing to put ice in. Was very disappointed in this stay.”
