“Loved everything about this house and pool. We had children and they loved the pool and the playhouse. The kitchen is a chef’s dream! You could play music from your phone in any room or the whole house. We loved playing games at the dining room table. The air conditioning worked fantastic thru the whole house. We loved the privacy of all the bedrooms and private en-suite. The only thing we could say is that there is no gulf view from the 4th floor (but there may have been until other……

“Overall, the house was in good condition was exactly what we were hoping it was nice and close to the beach very short walk everything about the stay was very pleasant”

“Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. ”

“Great property for large families. This house fit our family of 7 perfectly. The outside pool area was great. Some cleaning up of the landscaping would be beneficial to this area. The kitchen is large enough for the entire family to hangout and chat. We recommend to friends to stay at this unit. We used the Santa Clara beach access point which you would need a golf cart to get to. ”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The beach house was perfect in every way—located just steps from the beach in a beautiful, peaceful area. It had tons of space, making it ideal for our group, and the layout was both comfortable and inviting. One of the biggest perks was that it was pet friendly, which made the trip even more special for our family. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend……
