“I reserved a condo with a “private beach” AS ADVERTISED. when we arrived at the beach, we were approached by a man named Lee. He said we were trespassing on their “private beach” and said we needed to go to the public beach. I contacted the Panhandle Getaway right away and they confirmed that yes, we are to use a public beach. This is false advertising. You misled the consumer, us, into booking a condo with no private beach. We had to walk or take a golf cart. Our vacation was ruined since we……

“The condo is very spacious and well equipped and decorated. The outdoor patio is next to a road that receives quite a bit of traffic throughout the day isn't loud at all. The proximity to walk right out onto the beach was incredible along with the 2 large pools and hot tub (though only 1 pool is heated). We enjoyed our stay there and the only odd thing was the owner showing up unannounced while we were packing up to leave to sell a couple pieces of furniture. This happened right at checkout time……

“Check in was super easy. Mrs Barbara was easily available and very helpful. Unit is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches we've been to. View from the spacious balcony is breathtaking. The unit was laid out very well and accommodated our family perfectly. We enjoyed it so much we decided to stay another day and Barbara helped us through that request effortlessly. Plenty of things to do and good food to eat nearby.
