“Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. ”

“The property was OK, but definitely not worth the money. Upon arriving, we had issues with an alarm going off every time a door was open. There was also chirping noises from smoke detectors needing to go off. The worst thing was that the owner felt that it was OK to give the code to a random person to tour the property while we were renting it. My children were by themselves at the time while I was at the store and it was very unsafe. The golf cart had issues where the gas gage said it was full……

“This house was perfect for our family of 5. Walking distance to a great shopping area and food. About 2.8 miles to Seaside, so a long walk or a mild workout. The house was clean and well laid out. Our family loved our stay. We have teenagers, but the house would also accommodate little ones. The neighborhood was safe, gated, and friendly. If extra parking is needed, a large church parking lot is next door with a pathway between. We only had one vehicle, so it was easy to use the driveway to……
