“Staff were friendly and accommodating. Check-in was great, but when we got to the room it wasn’t the one I’d booked. However, the front desk staff resolved the issue quickly and we were moved to the correct room. We had a nice view of the water outside the room. Property is a little dated but everything was clean and comfortable. They had salmon chowder at 5:00 in the lobby, and the breakfast was good. “There were 4 of us senior gals staying here for 2 nights and we just loved the house and amenities. This house is very clean, comfortable and beds are comfortable. Location is good, in between Astoria and Seaside/Cannon Beach areas. The only thing that I have negative to say is that the shower in the main bedroom is very slippery, it needs a bath mat or something to make it non slippery, as we all 4 used the shower in that bathroom, because the shower in the other bathroom has a very deep tub……
