“Everyone in this hotel were very hispitable,nice and helpful. BIG BIG BIG shoutout to Anthony and his cleaning crew ,this hotel is one of if not the cleanest hotels i have ever stepped in. Not a piece of trash in or outside ,and the hotel always smells awesome,fabuloso...... Anthony was also very friendly and kind to everyone. “Lovely stay at ESA mostly due to wonderful staff who were very kind and helpful. We had a couple of requests -- an extended check-out due to an online meeting I had to attend, and forks because the take-out restaurant didn't put any in the bag. Front desk staff were just lovely on both counts, providing forks and the extended time. Little things, yes, but that human connection of helping where needed makes a perfectly fine stay and truly excellent one! Much thanks!”
