“Pros: newly remodeled, access to beach and intercostal. Cookware and kitchen accessories were adequate.Cons: house not completely ready for guests. Pool heater was not working, patio and pool furniture very uncomfortable.several household repairs needing done. Major construction in the area.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. The unit is well maintained, kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfy. Had a minor inconvenience with the toilet and maintenance was on site within 10 minutes. The grounds are looking good after the hurricanes too, beach restoration is ongoing but not a deterrent to enjoying the gulf. Anything you might need for a relaxing getaway is provided, just buy groceries and you’re all set. 10/10”

“Just great. Didn't need them, but fishing poles were a surprise. Two weeks of nothing but sun 72 -84 degree daytime temps and one fantastic pool party during my 2 week stay. Next time got to stay longer.”
