“Excellent ”

“They just remodeled their lobby and rooms, very modern and cozy, clean and comfortable. They environment is friendly as well, CVS and lots of restaurants near by. Also Whole Foods, Macy’s and shopping mall near around, all walkable distance! I like this hotel a lot!!”

“The check-in counter was inside a small window with glass (so a glass-room !!). There are not enough facilitated inside the room and I ask for an hot-pot (boiled hot water) but the lady refused. She gave me the wrong room with single bed which is other's name, but changed after we (2 persons) told her. ”

“When I checked in at 2 PM, the front desk lady was very nice friendly and efficient. Although when I checked out and I wanted to make sure they knew of the things in my room that needed repair fixing or maintenance a different woman from when I checked in was very author Tory power hungry, and didn’t listen to a word I said instead she discipline me treating me like a child telling me that I needed to tell the front desk as soon as a problem occurred. “Bed was comfortable and location was very convenient”

“I recently stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Philadelphia Airport and overall had a very pleasant experience — the staff was friendly, my room was clean, and everything went smoothly. The only thing that caught me off guard was the $12 parking charge for guests. If that fee had been clearly noted in the reservation policy, it wouldn’t have been such a curveball. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hospitality.”

“If you just need a place for stay and shower around airport , the price is the best. If you want enjoy the stay, it’s not a good choice. Not too bad, just a mold smell in the room. ”
