“櫃臺非常的幫忙。當我換房間時.只要留鑰匙給他們就好.他們會幫忙處理.最後一天寄行李時.也不需要自己提下樓. 非常體貼.客房很舊但很乾淨.垃圾桶每天有倒.出火車站過馬路（有一間metro超市）往右邊走100公尺就到.有點上坡. counter is very help,they helped me move around, the room is old but clean . they collect the trash everyday, the location is very good, it faces to the central train stations. only 2min to walk . there is a supermarket close. 10 minutes walk to China town and shopping areas. 20-30 mintes walk to Hyde park”

“Helpful and friendly staff. My room was clean although there was a odour but this was dealt with efficiently. Great location very close to the metro, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this hotel if you are wanting somewhere close to the city but still want a quiet, relaxing place to sleep. ”

“Location, security quiet of this place all excellent. Bed nice and straight and if they improve mattress - that would be good. People most helpful and friendly. close to shops and funky Newtown but quiet in spite of busy road nearby. Outdoor area under trees a nice bonus.”
