“We had a handicap accessible room to accommodate our special needs child and his equipment. The room was spacious, easy to maneuver his equipment. The bathroom was also handicap accessible with ADA style sink, plenty of grab bars in the tub and toilet, as well as a shower chair. Best location to stay to accommodate our kids. Location was also 2 blocks from Main Street, awesome stuff!”

“Lately, I think all us older generation feel for the way corporate America runs their retail/chain hotels. It seems to me that only having one manager on the floor after normal daytime hours is really lacking responsibility when it comes to customer service and security/safety. The manager assisted in giving me the item that was missing in my room. He offered to bring it up for me.
