“The property was fine but the breakfast was horrible. Eggs were rock hard. Most places do scrambled instead of fried rock hard. Ss hard my husband broke his fork trying to cut it”

“First and foremost, the staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. One quirky thing. The bathroom had a hanging, sliding door which is now in style. However, when we entered our first room, the door was laying against the bed. We called the front desk. Someone came up almost immediately and handed us the keys to a different room a few doors down. Very apologetic, but addressed the issue head on with no excuses. Well done. The only thing that would have been nicer, is if there……

And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange……
