“If you want to see downtown Victoria mostly by foot, it is a great location. Most of the staff were helpful but only a couple were happy to help. My mom rented a scooter for the weekend. The check in staff were extremely nice about it and offered her a place to park and charge in the lobby. It was very difficult to get in and out if the elevator. “We were pleasantly surprised by the flat and its location. The entry and check in process was seamless and there was plenty of communication about access before our arrival. The unit was well equipped, with the exception of an umbrella. It seems there was one at one time, but it was no longer available. The location of the hotel is a bit far away from downtown which takes an adult more than 30 to 40 minutes walking. Therefore, it is suggested to buy a day pass bus ticket to travel between downtown and the hotel. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful.”
