“Perfect”

“To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”

“The motel itself was excellent - clean, spacious, very comfortable room. The staff was professional, courteous, and attentive. The only area that it does not get excellent is the area around it. The property is in what appears to be an industrial and business area. That was not a problem for me or my family as we were just passing through. It was a great place to take a break.”

“It’s my 5th year choosing to stay at Carlsbad INN because of the service, clean rooms, pool and great price !”

“The check in at this property was quick and easy. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The surprise upon checking out was that the owner saved the hot breakfast burritos for us, realizing we didn't make it for the continental breakfast accompanied by the fresh, hot and delicious egg burritos. Very thoughtful and a personalized feel to the stay!!”

“Poor, unattractive neighborhood, dirt front yard without any landscaping and an old Dryer sitting on front porch, near front door. Living room looks baron with only a couch against one wall and TV. on the opposing wall. It is the only TV in the house, none in any bedroom, no dishwasher, no family dining area, no mirror in master bedroom, not even in connected half bath (over the sink?). Toilet paper too far to reach in main bathroom. Completely disappointed in property and price.”
