“I had an emergency and could not make it to the hotel i already contacted the motel as well as expedia virtual but am not getting no resolution Can someone let me know when to expect my refund Please ”

“The check-in counter was inside a small window with glass (so a glass-room !!). There are not enough facilitated inside the room and I ask for an hot-pot (boiled hot water) but the lady refused. She gave me the wrong room with single bed which is other's name, but changed after we (2 persons) told her. ”

“This is where we stay when we come up because it's not far from family's home who we are visiting ”

“The beds were quite comfortable, the place was clean, the fridge we had was cold. The parking was good too.”
