“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “Clean and convenient with tons of water, pressure and adjustable massage head. The only thing I didn’t like was the curtains didn’t close completely, which left a thin light in the room at all times.”

“The only thing that was annoying was that the card keys were unreliable. I had to go to the desk 2x to get a new key. Other then that it was a great places to stay at. Clean pool with towels stocked. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The perfect stay. Close to food places and gas stations. ”

“Amazing venue and views. Had one of the best rooms (1023). The rooftop was pretty although somewhat small. Super comfy beds, friendly staff, and walking distance to 16th street mall and other restaurants. Will go back soon. 10/10”
