“We loved this place. Although all cabins are on the road, we may have seen 5 cars a day drive by. The property is 3 miles up the mountain from the main drag in Cherokee. We felt secluded. The fire pit in the front is fabulous. We could hear roaring Wright's Creek behind the cabin. The cabin was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable. “The Lil House is a nice, cozy spot for a couple to unwind and enjoy the nearby mountains and what the general area has to offer. I enjoyed the slightly rustic and mountainous themed decor. Lots of little lamps; very good interior lighting. Cabin is very easy to get to with two driveway entrances, however parking is a bit tight. Only one roll of toilet paper, but we managed. “I am obsessed with the property and the bus! My husband and I stayed for a night with our three toddlers while taking a night off from section hiking the AT. We all slept in the king bed in the back which was INSANELY comfortable. The hosts are a super sweet little family. Our laundry was done for a small fee very quickly. We arrived in the evening, after check-in time, so they left an envelope at the door with all the information to access our room. Everything was perfect and breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday mornings was amazing. We loved it.”
