“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……

“I've stayed here before and enjoyed it. The staff is always attentive and professionally cheerful. The breakfast is absolutely outstanding: cloth napkins, 4 hot entrees, everything you could want or need. ”

“Perfect stay, we arrived a little later in the evening and the restaurant/bar at the lodge had live music. The room has a balcony, the vibe is just right - fresh air surrounded by tall redwoods. My only complaint was the coffee machine in the room makes more coffee than the provided cups can handle - overflow! ”
