“Everything was good until Sunday morning when the alarm kept going on and off! This was around 10am. No staff came to the rooms saying it was a false alarm. It terrified my 7 year old son and we rushed to pack and leave. There were NO apologizes from the staff that it was a false alarm. I had to ask what happened and they said it was a battery falfunction. Be more professional and go around the hallways saying it's not an emergency. And when checking out, APOLOGIZE for the inconvenience!!!”

“View was beautiful, but not as close to the ocean as I would like. It's a mile away. Clean room. Bed was comfortable and overall we had a quiet night. I recommend you go out for breakfast. The café 's breakfast burrito, was likely reheated from frozen, so bad in texture and not worth the price. Parking cost $22 per night.”

“Our overall experience was great. The hotel staff were professional and there are many great amenities. However the our hotel room was a bit dirty. I feel housekeeping can be improved. There was hairs on the pull out mattress and the carpet in our room appeared dirty, there were visible particles on the floor. ”
