“Loved stating here. Clean, quiet and safe. Perfectly located between Biltmore and Downtown. They put out a newsletter with all the weekend activities and a list of local breweries and wineries with address and hours. The hot tub was done for repairs, so it would have been nice to have been told that at check in or through email ahead of time. Staff was awesome and restaurant was reasonably priced. ”

“We were only here for one night, but it was nice. At no fault of the hotel, I couldn't give the highest score on the area around the property. That is due to the fact they are still trying to recover from the devastation of Hurricane Helene a year ago, and it will take time for the city and area to completely recover again. “We really enjoyed staying at The Monte Vista during the Sourwood Festival. It was great to walk to town to eat and attend the festival. The hotel is old but very charming. It has a lot of stairs and no TV in some rooms, so be sure to book a room accordingly.”
