“Great place to stay”

“Very great first impression, might save this hotel for future visits, the bedroom has a bathtub which is a plus, a swimming pool on the property, super clean rooms, with nice sheets and clean towels. ”

“I love the Oliver inn, very clean room. Megan with housekeeping was very friendly and very accommodating. We do not care for the coffee makers at all, coffee is terrible and machine is strange to use. I would recommend Oliver inn, and can wait for the remodel to be done, love the new paint on entry and the wall paper in Lounge. ”

“Rooms were clean, the couch was super old and used. We couldn’t really use it to relax. Also the bathrooms need fans. The lighting near the mirrors was quite dim. Beds were comfortable and the full size fridge was so great”

“Villa 10 was the best being right on the end. Felt very private and isolated. Great View down the mountain to the water. ”

“It was ok. I don't think it really is what I think of as a "boutique hotel". This was a former B&B, so it's basically a nice B&B without breakfast. I will say it was nice having coffee downstairs in the morning, but either have some good pastries or don't put out at all. The very dry mini-muffins and little scones were not great. Luckily we got a good deal, and some of their other properties look worth checking out. Service was great though- they were very responsive to my texts. I think……

“I met with my girlfriends in Duluth. We enjoyed the room, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the living area to sit and talk in! The pool area was less than desirable, the sauna was closed until further notice and the hot tub was a funny color. But communication was great with property manager when it came to the parking passes and also the fire in the building on Saturday morning. We would probably stay again! Beds were great! ”

“Great location and a cozy place! Easy drive to nearby hikes/Duluth/attractions. Our group of 5 also had fun watching freight trains pass (did not disturb sleep)!”
