“We had a lovely one night stay at The Stump while visiting our son who lives in Cirencester. It’s very well located and just what we were hoping for. Our room was warm and comfortable and well furnished, the service was friendly. Breakfast was nice and we had an evening meal the night before which was delicious. ”

“Cheltenham prices are higher than the other locations we've visited, but the age and layout of the old pub building leaves you feeling short changed. Staff service and food were very good and breakfast was included in price. Parking was on the street, time sensitive and where a gap could be found. ”

“The hotel manager will directly send you an email detailing the hotel digital management and the digital lock system and the relevant passwords for digital locks and the food for breakfast before you set off to UK. Unfortunately the fuse was burnt on the first day I check in. I emailed the manager and phoned him and he went to my room to check personally and fixed it. He noticed the toilet seat was loose and he came again to change a new one and also fixed the towel stand. With the cheap price……

“Booked 2 rooms and 1 apartment; was expecting they all are close from each other. but end up the apartment is about 10-15mins walking distance away that i will have to separate from my other family members. However, the staff was very helpful when needed them”
