“We travel quite often. I am a Registered Nurse and cleanliness is extremely important to me. New Smyrna Waves was absolutely exceptional! The accommodations were veey comfortable for our family of 5. We had a beautiful beach front view from the balcony as well as the master bedroom. The pool and accessories were convenient and so much fun for everyone to cool off and enjoy between trips down to the ocean. The white sand beach is absolutely beautiful and very clean. “This is the place to stay in New Smyrna. We felt at home and at ease from the moment we walked in. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and well appointed. The location is easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, but it it also feels like an intimate setting. The breakfast was amazing each day we stayed. Highly recommend.”

“The condo was small but gave us everything we wanted and more. Room was clean and well equipped. The view of the ocean was perfect. Breach access simple. And a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Perfect”

“This house was perfect! Very spacious, clean, and felt like a very safe neighborhood for a few women traveling. The ONLY improvements I would suggest would be having more towels, and extra blankets available for guests. And I would replace the pull out couch mattress as it was very uncomfortable. Still a 10/10 overall!”

“This is the second time I have stayed at one of Rosslee Retreats properties and I have to say they really know how to treat guests. Every detail has been thought out, you truly only need to pack your swimsuit for your vacation because they supply EVERYTHING. Our welcome wine gift was very thoughtful and the coffee station in the unit was perfect. The condo is decorated beautifully with all brand new furniture and it was sparkling clean.
