“The barn was spectacular. Easy entry and parking, beautiful setting, decorated very tastefully. Comfortable room with soft bedding and thoughtful toiletries. Common areas were inviting. I highly recommend this property!”

“Staff was amazing, and communication during and after booking was excellent. The building (built in 1830) was excellently maintained, and furnishings/decor struck the perfect balance between period and modern. The included breakfast was cooked and served in the upstairs dining room (former ballroom/meeting room). Parking was adequate and on site. The surrounding area was convenient and remote enough to be quiet, yet near necessities. The on site pub had excellent food and was reasonably……

“Enjoyed my stay at this great motel. Stayed in one of the cottages with a full kitchen for best part of a week. Very comfortable. It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. Friendly and very helpful staff. Recommended.”

“Had a wonderful 3 days here. Madeleine and Ken, were excellent and helpful hosts, providing suggestions for walks, wineries and restaurants. The daily homemade breakfast was delicious and varied each day. We particularly loved the fresh homemade muffins and scones. Lovely touch to have access to complimentary snacks, fruit and drinks through the day as well. Great location, comfortable room and an easy walk into town. ”

“The perfect spot! I cannot say enough about our 2 night stay at Burdett House B&B: beautiful inside and out with a smart mix of time period and functional pieces. Details from local soaps/lotion to snack area upstairs, room key on vintage key, wrap around porch decorated for fall, cozy room with attached bathroom. “Rented the place for two days trip with 4 other friends. It’s was very nice to be there. Downstairs bedroom is dirty the carpet needs to be changed and also the windows are dirty. Overall excellent job though out the house we were very comfortable. I will definitely recommend it. ”
