“是次入住的房內暖氣設備運作不正常，可以說基本沒有暖氣提供，房外的接待處開放位置相比房間氣溫還暖和很多，最後要借助一部已破損的流動暖風機才令房間氣溫勉強感覺不冷，所以入住體驗感覺一般。好的方面就是接待處有24小時自助免費茶水、咖啡等供應，酒店所處位置也可，便於購物及餐飲等”

“Loved the location. Loved the fantastic breakfast and free hot drinks all day downstairs. Didn't like the €15 a day parking charge. Didnt like the very limited menu of four dishes with the overpriced veggy option absolutely disgusting, literally inedible due to high salt content. Also didn't like the 'courtyard' view from the rooms which in reality is a view of all the massive heat recovery pupes on the roof. No suitcase stands in the rooms either which is a problem as are the huge pillows which……
