“The working attitude of the room service staff is very good！ But the tenants next door were too noisy, and someone was talking on the phone in the corridor all night long! It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep the whole night! I won't be able to come back to this hotel next time because it seriously affected my sleep!”

“The room was fine and had all basic amenities—bonus points for having refillable shampoo and other products in the shower and bathroom to reduce plastic waste. But the carpet was old and worn, and the coffee maker did not work well. Free breakfast service started very early and was good. ”

“It was clean, staff was friendly. It’s right along the on-ramp to the freeway but wasn’t loud. The king room we had was very spacious and clean. The furnishings/layout in the room seemed awkward. There’s a large kitchen counter with sink, all alone. The smallest fridge possible is on another wall under a very janky tv stand (crooked shelves and all). There was no chair for the desk area but a fabric ottoman instead. The bed is across the room from the tv so far away it made the tv seem too……
