“I didn't like the the bar by the pool ,who tried to double my bill on my debit card I caught it on time and got it straightened out,this happened to me once before same place,or either the bar tender and idiot or a conn artist either way management should look after staff taking advantage of senior citizen,check your bill before you pay in this place.”

“Check in was seamless. The balcony is pretty narrow, the room was clean and nice! We liked the location as well.”

“We had a good stay, but a thing or two stood out to us: the lack of friendliness of the front desk staff (except for one nice young lady who comped our parking as a courtesy due to the rudeness of another staff member). If you are in the industry of hospitality you should be, well, hospitable. Also, the rooms were clean and the facilities were accomodating. They were very pet friendly and we enjoyed the on-site basketball. The cleaning staff were a little aloof, putting back our high chair when……

“We were put in a handicap accessible room. It was very nice. We did not ask for a handicap room. My complaint is that there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom. Also ,there is no mirror in the bedroom that was close to an outlet. I understand that the Ada bathroom can’t have an outlet but not having a mirror near an outlet is. It acceptable. I talked to the staff and they are turning it in to maintenance to try and find a solution. Everyone was very nice and agreed that there is a problem. ”

“We were uograded to the lofts across the street which were very specious and lovr, however you could hear every footstep from guest above us. ”
