“Beautiful property just as described! Mitzi is a very friendly and attentive host! Hubby and I felt like we were in our own oasis; very private! Also, great restaurants nearby. We ate at Topwater Grill Saturday night; good seafood minutes away. Use live bait for fishing! ”

“This was our second time staying at this property and third in San Leon. My partner and I were looking for a tucked away place by the ocean and found this place. It is awesome. Very well appointed with great kitchenware to work with. Comfortable and amenities like an outdoor fire pot, grill, privacy yard. The hosts are EXTREMELY attentive and you can’t ask for more from a host. If this is your first time in San Leon, just know it’s obviously been wrecked by a hurricane or two and the community……

“We checked in one day after a tornado hat obviously wreaked havoc in the yard. It also knocked out thermostat to the ac. Just one call and the owners came promptly and everything back to normal.
