“It has a perfect location next to the waterfront and Union Train Station with a stunning view of CN tower. There is also supermarket in the corner. The contact with the host is also efficient. However, the toilet was situated right between the bedroom and another corner with a bed. Therefore, we had to cross the beds everytime when we went to toliet which is very inconvenient.”

“To save cost, the service provider decides to wash the bed cover, sheets and towels right at the checked out hotel room. This obviously prolonged the cleaning process. When we finally got in, the extra sheets and covers were thrown on the rack in the closet, unfolded. The biggest problem is the dishwasher. It was broken, and full of uncleaned dishes. Open the dishwasher and it smells. Nobody has informed us about this and nothing has been done to address this issue. There was no tissues……
