“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying. “Excellent location and a room facing the courtyard was without noise. Hotel is right off the light rail/train line and also one block from the Ha'Penny pedestrian bridge with quick access to The Temple district. Staff were friendly and helpful although we never ate/drank at the hotel. The only complaint would be the size of the room--we're fine with a small room and expected that, but there was really only room for one suitcase.
