“Front desk staff was excellent and customer service was amazing. However the hot tub was very dirty, the blow dryer was a fire hazard, and the elevator was broken during my stay (not your fault I know!). I appreciated that the front desk staff comped my parking because of that, but it was still frustrating to have to lug all my things up and down the stairs after paying $300+ for my stay. ”

“We moved here from the Colonel Palmer. Everything was clean and updated. Full kitchen with all pots utensils, etc... The walls are a little thin, but it appears that they try not to put tenants next to each other when that's possible, so it was only an issue for us on the first day. ”

“Clean, very quiet location. Loved the modern look. The only negatives for us, the spiral stairs going up to the second floor made it a little difficult to bring luggage up. Also, the privacy wall blocks the television so you couldn’t watch television from the bed. But overall, we completely enjoyed our stay.”

“Nice place to hang your hat while you explore the town of Durango and the surrounding area. It was great to have a kitchen and two bedrooms for our family getaway. ”
