“A very nice place to stay for the price. The manafer and other office help were helpful and responsive. Obviously, an older building, but it has been well maintained. Loved the screened in balcony and the view of the pool. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot with ample room to park. Easy access to the gulf beaches. Loved the full-size kitchen refrigerator and the supplied dishes and cookware, and hot water supply for the shower. Had a problem with the wifi router dropping the internet but……

“We had a wonderful stay with family for a few days this past week. The home was one of the cleanest and most well-maintained rentals we have stayed in. The kitchen was perfect for eating in. The bed/bath layout worked great for our group of 6 adults and one child. The view from the rear of the home and sitting on the deck at night watching the stars was definitely the highlight. “We had an amazing trip. House is in a beautiful neighborhood and perfect location. House had 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths on the canal. House is a bit dated but very clean and in good shape. The owner was very polite and easy ro communicate with. He made sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely book again wirh him in the future. ”
