“Tom gave great service. There was easy check in and check out. It wasn’t too far from stores and outdoor excursions. The inside of my cottage was a little outdated, but still had everything I needed for my stay. ”

“The room, bathroom and kitchen was very clean and all appliances (stove, microwave, coffeemaker, fridge, sink) in working order.Three ice trays were already prefilled in the freezer so when you checked in its there for you to use. Body soap and shampoo us available and all towels were clean. Beds were enough soft to have a good sleep. Overall my family were satisfied so I am leaving a positive feedback. ”

“The hotel suites are roomy and comfortable. We found everything we needed, including pool towels. The kitchenette had plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils, in addition to the microwave and full refrigerator. The office staff ladies were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool. It is a good choice in Everglades City. ”
