“房間大 設備新 可惜浴室乾濕分離不夠好 離購物區約走15分 在風大及下雨的日子會很崩潰 因為非市區中心 旅行團都可以到住宿處接也算補足地理位置上的小缺點”

“是間不错的酒店，房間大小合適，而早餐比我上次來冰島住的另一間酒店好多了，雖然每天都一樣，但是豐富的英式自助早餐，不是歐洲式。而且酒店位於主要購物街頂，附近亦有不少食店，尤其有間24小時超市在附近。但房間淋浴比較不好，冲涼後廁所全地盡濕。隔音亦不行，你鄰房內的對話，你可清楚聽見”

“The room was big enough to open 2 huge luggages. Quiet as well! Good! The kitchen and bathroom were clean! The view was perfect as well as we could see Hallgrimskirkja very clearly! Perfect location! Breakfast was good too! Parking slot was provided. Highly recommend! ”

“I chose this accommodation mainly becoz of its short distance to the BSI Bus Terminal. The room does not locate at their described building but within 2-3mins walk towards the actual location. Staff gave me clear direction on where to go tho, that was very good. The room is comparatively spacious. The shared bathroom is very tidy. Just hope there’s coffee supply and more newer cooking utensils in the shared kitchen.”

“I am from HK & I was asking for refund (even for 30%) due to coronavirus but the hotel rejected. I understood this is the hotel policy but I do think there should be exceptional case under this extreme situation. Quite disappointed as other countries hotel are willing to refund full or partial refund in this case.”
