“員工非常友善熱情，房間是木板不是地毯而且很乾淨，暖氣穩定不會忽冷忽熱。床也很乾淨，看得出來很用心在整理。唯一缺點就是我住了三天有一天早上沒熱水，還有淋浴的水量很小。在這氣溫零下的時候無法好好洗個熱水澡是很可惜的。”

“The hotel had a nice sized, clean room at a very reasonable price. The bathroom was also convenient. The breakfast was above average in quality and food options. While the location was not very close to key areas, a 15 minute drive got me to everywhere I needed to be.”

“We had trouble finding the lobby mainly because the name on the hotel says Aiden in bigger letters than Best Western Golden. Check in was fine, the couch was comfortable for sleeping for a bad back, the A/C was loud which we actually loved with the amount of traffic nearby, breakfast was good. There were a lot of sketchy people hanging around all the entrances every time we ventured outside, and I'm not sure if I would stay here again.”

“The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was better than most hotels and the staff in the breakfast area were top notch. The valet parking was fast but quite expensive. ”

“Young man in wheelchair checked us in and helped us another time after losing my sunglasses. We had to checkout a day early due to illness and the gal at the front desk told us she went ahead and refunded us a night. Everyone was so helpful. Downside: walls are very bery very thin.”
