“Staff was extremely friendly and so very welcoming and helpful. Tyrone-the night desk employee was very helpful, assisted with the heat in our room that I didn’t know how to work. He also was very nice to my grandkids. The pool and jacuzzi area were very clean and well stocked with towels! It was really awesome that there were float/safety jackets available for small children-bcuz my daughter forgot to pack my 6yr old grand daughters. “We had an amazing time staying here and will definitely be back. We booked the hotel because we were here for a concert at SPAC. We found out upon arrival that the hotel has a free shuttle that takes you to and from the venue, which was very convenient! The hotel staff were super friendly and very accommodating (especially Kyleigh!) room was spacious and clean. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.”
