“The house was adorable and clean, and the host was responsive and kind. Kitchen had everything we needed. My only caution would be that this house is definitely more for families/groups who won’t be spending a lot of time indoors. While there were plenty of comfy sleeping spaces, there wasn’t adequate seating for 6 of us to comfortably watch a movie in the evening. Besides that…a really great stay!”

“Loved everything about this place. Something for all of us (me, my wife, two boys (8 & 12). Herkimer Diamond Mines about 30 minutes away. Had a blast. West Canada Creek for fishing and the cabin was perfect, nice porch to drink coffee on in the morning and a fire pit in the evening. ”

“First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!”

“Just stayed at this magnificent property this past long Columbus Day weekend and I can't even tell you how great it was. The house is amazing, the property serene & magical, everything we could've asked for in a quiet, relaxing weekend away. The house literally had everything we needed, from dish soap to garbage bags to toilet paper to comfy beds, and my teenage sons (17 & 13) absolutely loved the basement play area complete with a pool table, air hockey and TV area.
