“We chose this hotel mainly due to the kitchen, and found it to be a great spot to stay. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was nice. The free breakfast was among the best we’ve had (and we use the free breakfast in many hotels). The equipment in the fitness center was functional. I would recommend to anyone. You couldn’t get a better place for the price if you want a kitchen and sitting area in your room. ”

“This property was beautiful and well kept outside. Inside, there was some random food in the hallways from company parties, but it wasn’t anything overwhelming or repulsive. It seems this hotel services a lot of corporate events, but we never felt out of place as regular guests. The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean.”

“One of the best we have stayed in. Kelly on reception was so helpful explaining where to go and went best to do it and even on the cog train to sit on the left for the best views. We also appreciated the free coffee throughout the day especially early morning.The breakfast was also excellent. We have no complaints and would thoroughly recommend it”

“My husband and I love staying at Townplace Suit, whether it's in Denver area, or Colorado Springs. We like that there's a full kitchen with a fridge, oven/stovetop, and a microwave. The staff is always super nice and helpful.”

“We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. Then I was going to take it back to the room, but he said……

“Great experience- clean, friendly. They gave us early check in and late check out, which was super helpful with our flight schedules. We also got upgraded to a suite upon check in! Good breakfast! Only complaint would be how small the fitness center is. ”
