“The staff was kind and accommodating. Holly was wonderful and knowledgeable. The only thing was there was giant rats all around the property in the back running around and our window didn’t have a screen on it on the first floor so that was concerning. Also there was giant dead rats along the building as well it was scary and disgusting. ”

“This is an older Hampton, but clean and cared for. The only problem with the room was that the phone didn't work and there was no obvious connection for it. We did have to ask a couple of times for room servicing as the workers either didn't understand English or didn't understand their job duties or both. This should be fixed hopefully by next stay. The Front desk workers were pleasant, very good and helpful. The breakfast was nice and included a variety of hot and cold items. Scrambled……

“All the staff were very friendly, it is a very quiet and comfortable place to relax, it is private and intimate and has a wonderful view of the mountains.”

“Amenities are quite standard. For some reasons, we feel quite dry during our stay at the hotels. Complementary hand lotion would be nice. Although the hotel is located near highway, we don't hear traffic noise during the nights. However, the room insulation is quite poor. We could hear dog barking and people talking from the adjacent room.”
