“When I asked for water at the check-out counter, the staff member dismissively pointed toward the gym, even though there was a water jar sitting right in front of him. He flat-out said he didn’t want to refill it. There was no one else waiting behind my family, so it’s not like he was busy. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable and shows zero respect for guests.”
“We chose this hotel mainly due to the kitchen, and found it to be a great spot to stay. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was nice. The free breakfast was among the best we’ve had (and we use the free breakfast in many hotels). The equipment in the fitness center was functional. I would recommend to anyone. You couldn’t get a better place for the price if you want a kitchen and sitting area in your room. ”
“We were seeing a concert at red rocks and since we brought our dogs, decided to stay in the cabin. It was amazing but haven’t had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. It was very pet friendly and a beautiful view right in front. The staff that was there was super friendly and we had an amazing time.”
