“Great location, friendly and eager to help staff. Desperately need black out shades for more privacy throughout all the windows, and it was a huge negative not having a TV in the bedroom.”

“Location was great for restaurants coffee shops and bars. Close to Red Rocks Amphitheater and trails. Curtain in bed room does not keep the light out. Kind of noisy at night. Parking is limited and area is busy!”

“Older facilty. Well maintained but showing its age. Friendly staff . Good breakfast choices and service. Parking is easy Independent units all with a lot of space studio rooms . Will be back again ”

“Location was great and overall we enjoyed our stay. Some aspects of the property itself could use some work: there was a strong cigarette smoke smell throughout the rooms and there was water damage on the bedroom carpet. Lots of outdoor space which was great and the open layout allowed for all in our party to have room to hang out together in one place. ”
