“The guest house is a lovely place to stay right on the river beautiful views, lovely and clean, looks a bit run down but was very surprised when went in the room. Bed very comfortable .”

“Lovely hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel had a great atmosphere. Only thing I would suggest is a shelf in the shower for shampoo e.c.t. Other than this perfect stay and would definitely return ”

“Room was ok. Could do with a bit of a touch up. But the view was really good and the bed extremely comfortable. Shower good, cubicle on the smaller size. Food was excellent. Free parking outside and just across from the hotel. ”

“Great hotel and location, breakfast was good. We had a problem with a leaky window and were immediately upgraded to the beautiful honeymoon suite. The staff were all exceptional!!! So friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately had to cut our stay a day late due to unforeseen circumstances but were refunded for the extra night that we couldn’t stay. A wedding was on and it was awesome to see the bagpiper and the wedding guests all having a great time. ”

“Room was clean, facilities were good, staff were friendly. Could be such a grand hotel but it needs a massive amount of investment. The front facade looks like it's ready to fall away from the structure. Really looks dangerous. Main timber beams are rotten.”
