“Housekeeping seemed short of staff. No hair dryer in room. Ice machine on my floor broken. Front desk very helpful. Shuttle service and drivers exceptional. Convenient to lovely James River riverfront activities if one can walk hilly terrain. ”

Unfortunately with it being off season travel, the pool was closed for renovations so we missed an opportunity to unwind for the day with an evening swim. This particular one is very close to the Richmond Airport and getting there couldn't be easier. The Airport Shuttle option is very easy - reserve your time at the front desk. “Really nice hotel. Room was super spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Fridge and microwave. I was pleasantly surprised with the size and comfort. They also have a pool and gym.. I didn’t go to them but it’s available. The people were all super sweet and friendly. Right near the airport with a free shuttle. The shuttle driver was also very nice. Highly recommend this place!”

“Great location. However our room toilet wasn't clean and the neighbors next door were very noisy even after being told by staff to lower the noise. Not sure if we will stay here again. The hot tub was okay, the water was room temperature. I will say everytime we called the front desk which was over 3 times Aniyah I believe is her name went above and beyond even apologizing. She made this staycation a lot better for sure. This young lady was very professional, punctual and did it with a smile.”

“We really enjoyed our short stay in Richmond. However, the hotel staff told us that we could get breakfast until 10am, and that it was to be included in our stay, but when we came down at about 9:15 we were told it ended at 9 on weekdays. The person with whom we spoke was not very understanding about the fact that we had been told 10am the night before. We then had to buy our breakfast and they were out of the first 2 things we asked for, a breakfast sandwich and a burrito. The staff was nice……

“This was a clean, well-equipped and comfortable apartment. The location is good but does require a car to explore the city and pick up groceries. Parking was easy and free. The balcony was a nice place to sit as the temperature got warmer. Air conditioning was very effective. Would stay again.”
