“We booked this last minute and didn’t know what to expect. It was our first time to the area. We were pleasantly surprised. The room/condo was right in the beach with beautiful views of the ocean from our deck. Only a few steps away from the beach. The tennis/pickleball court was in excellent condition, with good equipment! We did have to buy our own pickleballs (not a big deal)and enjoyed it every day. “Can’t wait to return. Homey and comfortable. Our host was absolutely fabulous and was extremely interesting. He spent a lot of time answering our questions and just being helpful. It’s only a minute or two from the highway, but you’d never know it. Quiet. Feels remote. They have fishing poles, kayaks, life preservers, bicycles, and tons of books (especially local titles) games, on and on. Wonderful deck off each room to watch the water and wildlife. This place is a jewel. Recommend it highly. ”

“The cottage itself was cute and if properly cleaned and maintained it would have been wonderful. The floor/tiles in one bathroom were loose, in the other bathroom the floor felt "squishy" and there were multiple broken/cracked shelves in the shower. Two of the burners on the stove did not work and when using the stove/oven there was smoke. The window when opened to alleviate the smoke would not stay open. This property allows pets and unfortunately their cleaning and repairs do not keep up with……

“Pet friendly & close to beach (main factors in booking this home). Any issues we did have management team was quick to respond and resolve. Seems like a lot of rules initially - don't get intimidated. Most of it is common sense stuff. Overall a beautiful home. Our dogs loved hanging out on the porches. ”
