“The overall appearance was nice, modern, and visually pleasing, but the room looked quite dirty with nasty spots on walls, in the bathroom, and on the bedding. The fitness center has a motion sensor to turn on the lights, but it times out very quickly. As a result, if you’re using the treadmill or machines away from the door/sensor, the lights will keep going out on you quite frequently. The pool looked nice, but we didn’t have time to visit it. ”

“This was our first time staying at Spark by Hilton. The entrance is very clean and bright. Whatever they used to fragrance air there was perfect-light and fresh! The staff was cheerful and polite upon entering the hotel. We only had to call the desk one time for extra towels and they were there within a few minutes. The room was very clean and allowed ample room for 3 people. I was pleased to see that the bathroom had an exhaust fan and a nightlight also. The ice machine and filtered water……

“The hotel was very comfortable, quiet and safe. As soon as I stepped in my room, I felt it was a little oasis from the world. The location was little bit farther from downtown than I expected but at least it was a straight shot down the 95. I could be there in about 25 minutes on average. The customer service was not bad. I felt they could have been more knowledgeable when I asked them questions. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.”
