“Please point out to persons booking in that they MUST register their car for overnight parking within 20 minutes. There are signs but it's very easy to overlook this whilst booking in after a very long day driving. Just a reminder from the desk staff whilst booking in would save trying to cancel the £100 fine for forgetting”

“Staff were very good, we arrived quite late at night because of the train mishap. It was raining and cold, we were made welcome and shown to rooms until we were happy with the choice!, room was warm clean and tidy. Breakfast was great lunch was delicious. A wonderful memorable stay will go again definitely!”
